By using girlsglowingup.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Girls Glowing Up™ may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

Accounts

Accounts are for parents, guardians, mentors, volunteers, sponsors, and staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity under your account. Do not share your login. Applications submitted on behalf of a minor must be completed by that child's parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information.
• Do not harass, threaten, or post abusive content about contestants, girls, mentors, or staff.
• Do not attempt to interfere with voting, payments, security, or other users' accounts.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish participant information or photos.

Campaigns and voting

Fundraising campaigns are charitable fundraisers, not games of chance. Votes are donations that support our programs and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Purchasing votes does not guarantee any outcome. We may remove contestants or void votes obtained through fraud, automation, or abuse.

Donations

Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Monthly gifts continue until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you in good faith.

Intellectual property

Girls Glowing Up™, Glow Girl Field Day™, Every Girl Can Glow Challenge™, and site content, curriculum, and design are the property of Girls Glowing Up™. You may share links freely; you may not copy or repurpose our curriculum or branding without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." Educational and financial-literacy content is for learning purposes and is not professional financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
