Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee?
The Leadership Academy is free for accepted participants. Scholarships and community partners cover program costs.
How often do we meet?
Cohorts typically meet twice a month for workshops, plus scheduled service projects on weekends.
How are girls selected?
We review each application holistically — commitment, interest, and readiness matter more than grades.
Can I reapply?
Yes. If you aren't accepted this round, you're welcome to apply for the next cohort.
Do I receive volunteer hours?
Yes — all service is documented and eligible for school and scholarship requirements.
Is transportation available?
We coordinate carpools and, when possible, provide transportation for major service projects.
