Mentors carry the heart of our work. If you're ready to show up consistently for a girl or a group, we'd love to bring you into training and matching.
What you can do
- 1:1 in-home mentorship (year-round)
- Small-group school and community cohorts
- Career and college conversations for high schoolers
- Ongoing training, supervision, and mentor sisterhood
Time commitment
- 60 min/week + monthly training
What we need from you
- 21+ (or 18+ for teen peer mentor track)
- Background check + reference forms
- Complete 8-hour trauma-informed training
- 6-month minimum commitment
