Free facilitator guideStart here: a 5-minute setup
- 1. Pick the track that matches your grade band (see below).
- 2. Share your classroom access code so every girl unlocks her books.
- 3. Project the Read tab; let girls follow along on tablets or in print.
- 4. Close each session with one keepsake saved to her Glow Journal.
Choose your track
- Little Leaders · Ages 5–10 — Big feelings, big dreams, tiny queens in training.
- Rising Queens · Ages 11–13 — Real talk about identity, emotions and owning your voice.
- Future Queens · Ages 14–18 — Adulting, entrepreneurship, and standards you never lower.
Pacing that fits a class period
- • One chapter ≈ one 45-minute session (or two 25-minute mini sessions).
- • Read together (15 min) → activity page (15 min) → brain game (10 min) → share out (5 min).
- • Brain games unlock after a lesson is finished — great as an earned reward.
- • A full book runs about 5 weeks with one session per week.
Running it with a group
- • Use the Community tab for circle prompts and partner shares.
- • Pair girls for the Notes tab so quieter students still get a voice.
- • Print the workbook pages for students without devices — same content.
- • Keep the ground rule simple: what's shared in the circle stays in the circle.
What it builds
- • SEL: self-awareness, self-management, relationship skills, responsible decisions.
- • Financial literacy: earning, saving, spending, investing, protecting.
- • Literacy: read-aloud practice, vocabulary, reflective writing.
- • Leadership: goal setting, service projects and public voice.
